GERALD ROAD, BELGRAVIA

This was an existing, four storey, Listed, mid terrace town house, located in the Belgravia Conservation Area in the City of Westminster.

The building required complete internal and external refurbishment including the remodelling of interior spaces and reinstatement of many features lost in previous refurbishment projects.

The work included, the provision of new bathrooms and relocation of the kitchen, a lead roof in keeping with the heritage of the building that would greatly reduce maintenance, bringing the whole house electrical installation up to current standards and installation of a discrete heating system designed to suit the client’s needs.

As part of the works, the rear garden was remodelled and landscaped.
