Following a successful planning approval some years earlier by a different practice, our client sought to obtain a new planning approval for a revised scheme in a very tight timeframe.

Providing 80 new residential units over an existing hotel and nightclub, we submitted the full planning application with accompanying plans, sections and elevations, including Transport and Design & Access Statements to the Local Authority in just 4 weeks.

Having reached our client’s target, the scheme received planning approval at the subsequent committee meeting.
